• Title - A short descriptive title for the item.
• Full Description - In depth details about the item for inclusion in the catalogue, on the web, and on lot sheets.
• Size
• Condition - any details of damage to the item.
• Low and High estimates - Used for publication in the catalogue.
• Reserve.
• Provenance
• Location - If required to know where in a stock room the item is located.
• Stock Image.  - An JPEG image can be assigned to each image to aid in lotting, and can then be used for publication of the web catalogue.

It is also possible to specify several categories that the item of stock belongs to including.

• Location in the house or Auction rooms.
• Category (Glass, Furniture, Jewelry etc).
• Period (Modern, 18th Century, Edwardian) etc.

All categories are fully user configurable and include the facility to have up to 10 differnt groups with as many sub categories as you wish.  The category listings can then be used to generate lot nos, or print catalogues.
