-Fixed a bug that some of you may have noticed where it is missing the ending '/' off the url some times.
---------------
I got really annoyed having to start up ie, type in my localhost address, everytime I wanted to test my php web pages, so I created a utility. It adds a new item to the context menu "Browse on Localhost". It then looks up the registry, sees if the selected file is part of a defined website and displays it as http://localhost/myweb/testfile.php as opposed to c:\inetpub\wwwroot\myweb\testfile.php.
This is what it looks like.
In this screenshot, I've changed the name of the menu item to Ardoon (which is the name of the machine I use). As well as this you can change the http://localhost to http://Ardoon in my case. Obviously it only works with IIS. If someone knows where I'd get the required info for apache let me know (I use IIS).

You can see this on the other side here, with the Browse option dialog (which you can get by double clicking the exe). You can change the name of localhost to your computer name if you wish, Change the text that appears on the context sensitive menu, and select which extensions you wish to have registered. You can even add your own extensions if you wish ( I only added the ones I use, or could think of quickly).
At the moment, it doesnt add correct info if the extension doesnt already exist in the registry, but I hope to sort that out soon.
Its freeware, so use it, give it to your mates, post it up on your site.
I hope you find it useful. I do.
